NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that two vacancies have arisen in the office of Councillor for the Triangle Ward of the Parish of Hammerwich.
An election will be held to fill the vacancy if so requested by TEN local government electors for the ward. Such request must be in writing and must be delivered to the Returning Officer, District Council House, Frog Lane, Lichfield WS13 6YU within fourteen days from the date of this notice (calculated in accordance with the Local Elections (Parish and Communities) Rules 1986 (as amended)).
If no election is requested the vacancy will be filled by the Parish Council in accordance with the said Rules.
